【摘要】 目的探讨影响男性尖锐湿疣(Condyloma Acuminatum;CA)治疗后复发的危险因素。方法选择2014年1月至2016年6月在我院皮肤性病科门诊就诊的188例男性CA患者,采用调查问卷的方式收集其临床资料,使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计描述、t检验、非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。结果有102例患者复发,复发率54.26%;单因素分析显示吸烟、饮酒、常熬夜、皮疹数目多、皮疹位于肛周或包皮包裹内、未使用或非正规使用安全套、性生活频率高的男性CA的复发率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析显示熬夜(OR=2.587)、皮疹数目(OR=5.157)、皮疹部位(OR=1.538)、性生活频率(OR=2.319)是男性CA复发的独立危险因素,安全套(OR=0.413)是其保护因素。结论常熬夜、皮疹数目多、皮疹位于肛周或包皮包裹部位、未使用或非正规使用安全套、性生活频率高是男性CA复发的主要危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors for recurrence of condyloma acumina(CA) in men. Methods 188 evaluable men with CA,who are treated with CO2 laser in department of dermatology and venereology,Jiangxi Province People’s Hospital,between January 2014 and June 2016,were investigated with face-to-face questionnaire and were followed up for 6 months to determine if the recurrence. SPSS16.0 software was used to analyze the factors associated with recurrence,including statistical description,group t test,Chi square test and non-conditional multivariate Logistic analysis. Results 102 patiens were recurrence and the rate of recurrence was 54.26%. Chi square test analysis showed that marital status,age category,exercise habit,favorite seafood,education phase were insignificant(P>0.05),but smoking,drinking,staying up,site of skin lesions,number of skin lesions,condom use and frequency of sex were significant(P<0.05). Staying up(OR=2.587),site of skin lesions(OR=1.538),number of skin lesions(OR=5.157),condom use(OR=0.2413),frequency of sex(OR=2.319) entered the regression equation in the multivariable analysis including smoking,drinking,staying up,site of skin lesions,number of skin lesions,condom use,frequency of sex. Conclusion Staying up,lesions in the peri-anal/packaged by foreskin,multiple lesions,higher frequency of sex were high-risk factors while consistent condom use was protective factor for recurrence of condyloma acumina in men.更多还原
