【Abstract】 The electrical system of YJ27 Filter Tipping Machine adopts German Siemens PLC S7-400 as the control core.Having combined PLC’s internal paper-tray conversion program,start-stop program,count program,fault treatment program etc with external electrical equipments,the system has realized paper-tray conversion control,paper-tray acceleration and splicing control,glue control,tipping-paper preheating control etc.Actually,the whole system is characterized by good cigarette quality,high saving in raw and auxiliary materials,accurate excluding points,etc.更多还原
