【摘要】 目的对比分析急性化脓性阑尾炎行腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的临床疗效。方法随机将2014年1月~2016年1月我院收治的90例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者分为两组。实验组45例,患者行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术;对照组45例,患者行开腹阑尾切除术。对比分析两组疗效与并发症。结果两组手术成功率均为100%(P>0.05)。实验组手术时间(20.4±5.6)min,术中出血量(8.5±1.2)ml,肛门排气时间(22.4±6.7)h,平均住院时间(4.6±1.0)d,并发症发生率2.2%,各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎的临床疗效比开腹手术更为理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for acute suppurative appendicitis. Methods90 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 45 cases were treated by laparoscopic appendectomy, 45 cases of patients in the control group were treated with open appendectomy. Results The success rates of two groups were 100%(P>0.05).The experimental group operation time(20.4±5.6) min, the amount of bleeding(8.5±1.2)ml, anal exhaust time(22.4±6.7) h, the average hospitalization time(4.6±1.0) d, the incidence of complications was 2.2%, the indicators were better than the control group(P<0.05).
