PDCA循环管理模式下护理人员继续教育的效果观察
PDCA Cycle Management Model Under the Effect of the Nursing Staff to Continue Education
【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式下护理人员继续教育的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我科室正畸科的100例护理工作人员作为研究对象,根据管理模式的不同,将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组在PDCA循环模式下对护理人员进行继续教育,观察分析两组护理人员的护理质量和认知度。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量和认知度均高于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式下护理人员继续教育具有较大的意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of continuing education of nurses under PDCA cycle management mode. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 100 nurses in orthodontics department were divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50) according to the different management modes. The control group adopted routine management model. The observation group continued to educate nurses in PDCA cycle mode, and observed and analyzed the nursing quality and cognition of the two groups of nurses. Results The observation group of the quality of care and recognition of nursing staff is far higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode of nursing personnel to continue education has great significance.
