【摘要】 目的探索舒适护理在经尿道前列腺电切术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月~2016年3月我院收治的120例经尿道前列腺电切术患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,各60例,对照组和观察组分别采用常规护理和舒适护理。结果观察组患者总并发症发生率(1.67%)、膀胱痉挛发作次数(1.69±0.14)次/周、满意率(96.67%)、疼痛率(3.33%)、0级舒适度(85.00%)、无膀胱痉挛率(75.00%)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在经尿道前列腺电切术后患者中效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods From April 2012 to March 2016 in our hospital 120 cases of transurethral resection of prostate,the patients with dynamic randomization were divided into two groups,each of 60 cases,the observation group and the control group were received routine nursing care and comfort care. Results To observe the total incidence rate of complications(1.67%),bladder spasm episodes(1.69±0.14) times per week,the satisfaction rate(96.67%),pain rate(3.33%) and zero comfort degree(85%),no comfort bladder spasm rate(75.00%) than the control group(P<0.05).
