【摘要】 目的分析优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的影响。方法将我院普外科2015年5月~2016年5月收治的80例患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(优质护理服务)各40例,比较两组护理效果。结果两组不良事件发生率7.5%vs.20.0%、护理满意度95.0%vs.82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务的开展可显著提高普外科护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service on nursing quality of Department of general surgery. Methods 80 cases of patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group(conventional care) and observation group(high quality nursing service) of each of the 40 cases,compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was 7.5% vs. 20.0%,the nursing satisfaction was 95.0% vs. 82.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The development of high quality nursing service can significantly improve the quality of nursing in Department of general surgery.更多还原
