离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中3种含氧卤酸盐和6种卤乙酸

【摘要】 目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中3种含氧卤酸盐和6种卤乙酸的离子色谱方法。方法采用离子色谱法,选用Ion Pac AS19分离柱,以自动淋洗液发生器生成的8~42 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液洗脱,抑制电导检测器检测,水样经沉淀脱色后,过滤进样分析。对色谱条件、干扰离子和进样量等影响因素进行了研究和优化。结果方法的相关性好r>0.999 1,线性范围宽,检出限为1.12~4.26μg/L,样品加标回收率为92.6%~102.3%,精密度RSD为2.03%~2.42%。结论该方法灵敏度高,结果准确、操作简便,适合生活饮用水中3种含氧卤酸盐和6种卤乙酸的同时检测分析。

【Abstract】 Objective Determination 3 kinds of oxygen halide and 6 kinds of halogen acid in drinking water by Ion chromatography method for simultaneous. Methods Using ion chromatography with Ion Pac AS19 column,eluent generator to generate automatically the 8 to 42 mmol/L KOH as eluent eluting,suppressed conductivity detector,water through precipitation after decoloration,filtration sample analysis. The influencing factors such as chromatographic conditions,interfering ions and sample size were studied and optimized. Results It is a good correlation method,r>0.999 1,had wide linear range,tested detection limit of 1.12 to 4.26 μg/L,the recoveries were 92.6% to 102.3%,RSD precision was 2.03% to 2.42%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity,accurate result and simple operation,and is suitable for simultaneous detection and analysis of 3 kinds of oxygen halide and 6 kinds of HAAs in drinking water.
