【摘要】 目的建立适合我国国情的重症医学专科护士培训效果评价指标体系。方法通过Delphi法确定培训效果评价指标体系的内容,运用层次分析法计算一级指标权重,使用百分权重法计算二、三级指标权重。结果构建了ICU专科护士培训效果评价指标体系,其包括一、二、三级指标,其所含的条目数为分别4项、14项、54项。两轮专家的积极系数分别为96%,100%,专家咨询的权威系数为0.895,一、二、三级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.382、0.398、0.359(P<0.01)。结论本研究的专家积极性、权威程度、协调程度高,构建的重症医学专科护士培训效果评价指标体系可作为评价培训效果工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To build the training effect evaluation index system of intensive medical specialist nurse which is suitable for China’s national conditions. Methods To determine the content of index system through the Delphi method. The weight of each index was determined by using analytic hierarchy process and stratified analysis method. Results To build the ICU specialty nurses training effect evaluation index system,It contains the number of entries for item 4,14,54.The experts’ positivity coefficient in the two rounds was 96%,100%. The experts’ authority coefficient was 0.895; the Kendall coordination coefficient in the levels was 0.382,0.398,0.359(P<0.01). Conclusion In this study,the experts’ positive coefficient,authority coefficient and coordination coefficient are high. It can be used as a training effect evaluation tools.更多还原
