【摘要】 目的重点分析重型颅脑外伤采用高压氧治疗的效果。方法选取2014年2月~2016年2月我院收治的75例重型颅脑外伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用高压氧治疗。结果经过积极治疗,观察组患者治愈10例(28.57%)、显效14例(40.00%)、有效8例(22.86%)、无效3例(8.57%),总有效率为91.43%;对照组治愈10例(25.00%)、12例(30.00%)、有效8例(20.00%)、无效10例(25.00%),总有效率为75.00%;观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑外伤患者采用高压氧治疗能够提高治疗效率,改善患者的机体功能障碍和意识状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 75 cases of severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.
