【摘要】 目的对比分析CT与MRI诊断鼻咽癌的效果。方法对我院2014年10月~2015年10月收治的10例鼻咽癌患者进行CT与MRI检查,并对两种检查结果进行对比分析。结果从鼻咽部、颅底部、咽旁间隙和海绵窦进行扫描,MRI诊断鼻咽癌的准确率均高于CT,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌的诊断MRI优于CT,具有较好的临床应用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To contrast analysis the effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods In our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015, 10 cases of CT and MRI in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), and the two results were analyzed. Results Clearance from the nose pharynx ministry, the department of base of skull, pharynx and scans of the cavernous sinus, the accuracy of MRI diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were higher than CT, both comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI is superior to CT to the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and has good clinical application effect.更多还原
