【摘要】 目的探讨腹膜透析患者的个性化宣教效果。方法腹膜透析110例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各55例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施个性化宣教护理。结果试验组发生并发症5例,护理满意度为83.6%,均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论个性化宣教降低了腹膜透析患者的并发症发生率,提高了护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of individualized education in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods 110 patients with peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received individualized education. Results In the experimental group, 5 cases occurred complications, nursing satisfaction was 83.6%, which was better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Individualized education reduces the complication of peritoneal dialysis, improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
