【摘要】 目的探究骨折牵引治疗在老年人股骨粗隆间骨折临床治疗中的应用情况。方法选择我院2013年1月~2015年12月收治的55例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均给予骨牵引治疗,观察患者治疗前后髋关节功能情况、骨折愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果在治疗6个月后对55例患者进行走访调查,治疗后患者髋关节功能明显改善,功能评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;骨折愈合优秀29例,良好14例,愈合优良率为78.18%;有8例患者伴随有不同程度的并发症发生,并发症发病率为14.55%。结论骨牵引治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进骨折愈合,提高髋关节功能恢复,并发症发病率低,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of traction treatment in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods55 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were given bone traction, hip joint function, fracture healing and occurrence of complications were observed before and after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment, 55 patients underwent investigations, hip function got significantly improved after treatment, function scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05), with statistical significance, excellent fracture healing in 29 cases, good in 14 cases, excellent healing rate was 78.18%, 8 patients had varying degrees accompanied by complications, the incidence of complications was 14.55%. Conclusion Skeletal traction treatment for senile intertrochanteric fractures precise, is effective in improving clinical symptoms, promote healing and improve hip function recovery, incidence of complications is low, with good security and stability.更多还原
