【摘要】 目的分析凝血检验结果在产科弥散血管内凝血(DIC)中的应用价值。方法选取2013年4月~2016年3月于本院产科接受治疗的DIC患者为研究对象,设定为观察组,随机选取同时期于本院产科接受体检的健康产妇作为对照组,各组产妇34例,两组均进行凝血及血常规项目检测。结果观察组产妇的血小板、纤维蛋白原指标检验结果均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血检验结果对产科DIC患者的诊断及病情发展、转归有临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of coagulation test results in obstetric DIC. Patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects, Methods set to the observation group. At the same time, pregnant women who came to hospital for medical examination were randomly selected as control group, 34 cases in each group, two groups both received blood coagulation and blood routine detection. Results The test results of platelet and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparing the two groups of thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Results of coagulation tests have clinical practical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with DIC.更多还原
