【摘要】 目的分析足三里穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的疗效。方法选择我院66例RRI患儿,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=33)和治疗组(n=33)。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予足三里穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组血清免疫球蛋白水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用足三里穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗小儿RRI效果显著,有效地提高患者免疫球蛋白水平,减少呼吸道感染复发的次数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Zusanli-Injection BCG-PSN on RRI children. Methods 66 cases of children with RRI, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 33 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Zusanli-injection of BCG-PSN,while giving conventional treatment in the control group. Results The level of serum immunoglobulin in treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05); The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Zusanli-Injection BCG-PSN treated on children with RRI, can improve the immune globulin level, reduce the frequency of RRI.更多还原
