【摘要】 目的探讨网塞平片式疝修补术(Millikan术)治疗腹股沟疝的方法及优点。方法回顾性分析我院普外科2011年9月~2015年12月应用Millikan术治疗腹股沟疝93例的临床资料。结果平均手术时间(49.1±8.1)分钟;平均住院天数(5.8±0.8)天;术后无慢性疼痛;术后并发症7.5%(7/93);术后无复发。结论 Millikan术治疗腹股沟疝是一种简单易掌握的腹膜前间隙疝修补技术,具有复发率低,手术时间短,术后疼痛轻,并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the methods and advantages of the Millikan modified mesh-plug hemioplasty for the inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data for treatment of 93 cases of inguinal hernia with Millikan modified mesh-plug hemioplasty from September 2011 to December 2015 in our department of general surgery. Results The average operation time(49.1±8.1) minutes. The average time in hospital(5.8±0.8) days, there was no case with chronic pain. The postoperative complication 7.5%(7/93); There was no recurrence case after operation. Conclusion The Millikan modified mesh-plug hemioplasty is a simple and easy-mastered prepertioneal tension-free repair technology, which has advantages of low recurrence rate,shorter operation time, less postoperative pain and less complications.更多还原
