【摘要】 目的通过对临床病例的分析,探讨多层螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法 18例病例均是通过内镜或手术取活检,进行免疫组化检测证实为GIST。结果其中密度均匀者7例;所有肿瘤瘤体内均未见钙化影;增强扫描呈均匀强化者4例,14例呈不均匀强化,5例伴有囊性变。结论 MSCT是诊断GIST的重要的方法,并可通过增强扫描了解内部血供情况,对术前指导GIST分期、制定治疗方案以及预后评估很有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discussthe application of multi-slice spiral CT in gastrointestinal stromal tumor diagnosis. Methods 18 cases were detected by endoscopic or surgical biopsy and immunohistochemical examination confirmed gist. Results The density was uniform in 7 cases. All tumors in vivo showed no calcification; Enhanced scan showed homogeneous enhancement in 4 cases, 14 cases showed homogeneous enhancement, and 5 cases had cystic. Conclusion MSCT diagnosis of gist of important method, and the enhanced scanning can understand the internal blood supply of preoperative guidance stage, making the treatment plan and prognosis assessment.更多还原
