【摘要】 目的研究滋补肝肾中药复方复健片通过干预神经-免疫系统治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法将60例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予常规西药加复健片和常规西药治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状、神经功能评分及神经-免疫系统指标的变化。结果复健片在临床疗效及干预神经-免疫系统指标方面均优于对照组。结论滋补肝肾中药复健片可以通过调节神经-免疫系统,实现对脑梗死患者多靶点、多环节的调节,是治疗脑梗死的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of Fujian Tablets which is specifically formulated to "nourish liver and kidney" treating cerebral infarction with intervention on nenuro-immune system. Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 2 groups were given conventional western medicine plus Fujian Tablets and conventional western medicine treatment. Before and after treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms, neurological function score and the index of neuro-immune system were observed. Results The changes of simultaneous symptoms and regulation of neuro-immune systemindex were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion Fujian Tablets has a good therapeutic effect on cerebral infarction by regulating the neuro-immune system with multiple targets.更多还原
