【摘要】 目的医院病案质量是衡量医院管理水平的一个重要指标,本文基于卫生统计学理论及方法初步探讨其应用于医院病案质量监控工作中的方法。方法针对医院病案资料特征进行分析研究,探讨评价医院病案质量的指标体系,对比法、排序法、重组法、作图法及分布法等都是比较常用的评价指标分析方法。结果合理应用评价指标体系及方法,与规范化表达方式相配合,能够使病案质量实际情况得到良好展示。结论采用统计分析方法实现监控病案质量对于病案质量控制效率和质量的提高具有十分重要的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The quality of hospital medical record is an important index to measure the level of hospital management. This paper discusses its application in the quality control of medical records based on the theory and method of health statistics. Methods According to the characteristics of hospital medical record data for analysis and research, to explore the index system of evaluation of hospital medical record quality and contrast method, sorting method, recombination, the mapping method and distribution method are compared with the commonly used evaluation index analysis method. Results The reasonable application of evaluation index system and method, and the standardized expression way, can make the quality of the medical record of the actual situation has been well demonstrated. Conclusion It is very important to use statistical analysis to monitor the quality of medical records to improve the efficiency and quality of medical record quality control.更多还原
