【摘要】 目的探究血液透析与腹膜透析给糖尿病肾病尿毒症高血压患者带来的影响。方法 124例糖尿病肾病尿毒症高血压患者,根据透析方法,分为观察组62例,和对照组62例,观察组实施腹膜透析,对照组实施血液透析,分别在治疗前与治疗后,对患者血管紧张素Ⅱ、尿素氮、血肌酐、血肾素、收缩压与舒张压水平进行测定。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者血尿素与血肌酐水平有所改善,P<0.05;但在治疗后,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组患者血管紧张素Ⅱ、血肾素水平与治疗前相比,P<0.05,对照组患者治疗前、后,P>0.05;治疗后,两组患者血压水平均有所下降,但观察组血压控制效果更为明显。结论对于糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者,与血液透析相比,腹膜透析可对尿毒症性高血压进行有效控制,效果显著。更多还原
