【摘要】 目的探讨术中冰冻切片病理诊断对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选择我院128例患者在术中均接受冰冻切片的病理性诊断,并分析其对卵巢肿瘤诊断的价值。结果良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤的确诊率分别是98.1%、93.8%、95.2%。平均确诊率为96.1%,其中有5例误诊,误诊率为3.9%。结论术中冰冻切片是一种非常有效且误诊率低的一种诊断方式,采用此种方式可以有效对卵巢肿瘤进行较为准确的诊断,以便医师做出合理的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods 128 cases of patients in our hospital were treated with pathological diagnosis of frozen section, and the value of the diagnosis of ovarian tumors were analyzed. Results The diagnosis rate of benign tumors, borderline tumors and malignant tumors were 98.1%, 93.8% and 95.2%, respectively. The average final diagnosis rate was 96.1%, among which 5 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosis rate was 3.9%. Conclusion Intraoperative frozen section is a very effective and low rate of misdiagnosis.
