【摘要】 目的探讨Excel"随机数生成器"在病案质量监控中的使用方法和效果。方法我院从2014年1月开始在病案质量监控中实施Excel"随机数生成器"方法,比较实施前后的效果。结果在实施Excel"随机数生成器"的病案质量监控后,病案质量评分得到了明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病案质量监控时,使用Excel"随机数生成器"的方法可明显提升病案质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and effect of using Excel "random number generator" in the quality control of medical record. Methods Implementation of Excel "random number generator" method in medical record quality control in our hospital from January 2014, compare the effect before and after the implementation. Results After the implementation of Excel "random number generator" medical record quality control, the quality of medical record score was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the quality control of medical record, the method of using Excel "random number generator" can obviously improve the quality of medical record.更多还原
