【摘要】 目的探讨手术室护理管理时使用质量控制小组管理模式的效果。方法 2014年1~12月我院选取了50名护士作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组各25例,对两组的手术室护理不良情况进行比较分析。结果研究组手术室护理不良情况发生情况为12例,对照组为53例,对照组比研究组高,结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理使用质量控制小组模式可以让不良事件的发生率减少,提升手术室护理安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of quality control group management mode on nursing management in operation room. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, 50 nurses were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided them into two groups, 25 cases each. The adverse events of nursing in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The study group, the incidence of adverse events was 12, the control group was 53, and the control group was higher than the study group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of quality control group model of nursing management in operation room can reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the safety of nursing in operation room.更多还原
