【摘要】 目的探究谷氨酰胺对急性胰腺炎患者肠道屏障的作用和影响。方法选用我院进行治疗的急性胰腺炎患者100例,将患者分为两组,对照组采用常规的处理方法开展治疗工作,研究组在常规的治疗的基础上,静脉输注谷氨酰胺。结果研究组的腹痛、腹胀消失的时间、机械通气时间、ICU入住时间较对照组缩短。结论采用谷氨酰胺治疗急性胰腺炎效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of glutamine on intestinal barrier in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Selected in our hospital were treated patients with a total of 100, control group with conventional treatment methods carry out treatment, study group in addition to conventional treatment also intravenous glutamine infusion for treatment. Results The time of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group.
