【摘要】 目的探讨液基细胞学检测(TCT)在宫颈病变诊断中的价值。方法选取我院妇科门诊2009年2月~2016年2月2 000例筛查宫颈病变的患者,均采取TCT检测,对于呈阳性的200例患者给予电子阴道镜及HPV检查,分析检查结果。结果 TCT检测阳性者200例,其中ASC-US 80例,LSIL 73例,ASC-H 11例,HSIL36例,与病理诊断符合率是40.0%、68.49%、81.82%、86.11%,各组间符合率比较,差异有统计学意义P<0.05;HPV感染率为82.00%(164/200),且阳性率呈升高的趋势,比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对于TCT检查阳性者联合宫颈活检及HPV检测,能够进一步进行确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of liquid based cytology test(TCT) in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods From February 2009 to February 2016,2 000 cases of patients with screening of cervical lesions during the TCT detection at department of gynaecology in our hospital were selected,200 patients who were positive were given to the electronic colposcope and HPV examination,and obtained the analysis.Results 200 cases were tested to be positive by TCT,including 80 cases in ASC-US,73 cases in LSIL,11 cases in ASC-H,36 cases in HSIL,and the coincidence rate of pathological diagnosis were 40.0%,68.49%,81.82%,and 68.49%.To compare the difference of the coincidence rate(P<0.05); HPV infection rate was 82.00%(164/200),and the positive rate showed a trend of increasing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCT jointed cervical biopsy and HPV detection,could confirm some diseases.更多还原
