【摘要】 目的对在产科教学过程中开展医疗模拟培训的效果进行分析探究。方法选取在我院接受产科培训的学员50例,开展医疗模拟培训模式对其进行产科知识的培训,对比分析培训效果情况。结果培训后,学员对培训方式、急症处理流程了解程度及实践操作能力提升程度的掌握率分别为90.00%、76.00%、78.00%,均高于培训前60.00%、60.00%、60.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后学员的培训形式、工作压力感受、同事融洽度、健康教育能力的总满意率分别为90.00%、92.00%、90.00%、94.00%,明显高于培训前66.00%、54.00%、62.00%、60.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科教学过程中开展医疗模拟培训的效果显著,满意度较高,临床意义重大。更多还原
