【摘要】 目的探析脑卒中后痴呆患者使用长春西汀注射液联合高压氧治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年12月收治的80例脑卒中后痴呆患者作为本次研究对象,随机将其分为注射长春西汀液+高压氧治疗的治疗组与单纯使用长春西汀治疗的对照组,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组MMSE、日常生活活动量表(ADL)评分高于对照组,临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射长春西汀液+高压氧治疗治疗脑卒中后痴呆能改善患者认知功能,有效提高患者的生活质量,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Post-stroke dementia patients vinpocetine injection combine with clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to explore. Methods Our hospital January 2014 to December 2015, 80 stroke patients with dementia, were randomly divided into liquid injection vinpocetine combine with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment group, the simple use of vinpocetine treated control group, were compared clinical outcomes. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Vinpocetine injection fluid + hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of post-stroke dementia significant effect on patients with nerve damage, drug therapy combined with physical therapy safe.更多还原
