【摘要】 目的探讨股骨头坏死且处于早期的患者临床诊治方法及效果。方法收集我院治疗的早期股骨坏死的患者66例,分成治疗组与介入对照组。结果治疗组有效率93.94%,好于对照组63.64%。结论对早期股骨头坏死,实施经股骨头处转子髓芯股骨头扩大减压与自体松质骨植骨联合治疗方案,可以大幅度提高患者治疗的有效率,改善股骨头坏死患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method and effect of clinical diagnosis and treatment of femoral head necrosis in the early stage of the disease. Methods 66 patients with early femoral necrosis treated in ourhospital were divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, better than the control group 63.64%.
