【摘要】 目的观察替加环素联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎的临床效果。方法按照数字随机法将我院收治的100多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎患者作分组处理,观察组及对照组,各为50例。对照组患者以头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗;观察组患者在此基础上联合替加环素进行治疗,分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为86%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为60%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替加环素联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎具有较好的效果,同时不良反应发生率较低,提示联合治疗存在可行性及有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of tegafur ring combined with cefoperazonesulbactam treatment of multi drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii clinical effect of klebsiella pneumoniae.Methods According to the digital random method,100 multi drug resistant acinetobacter pneumonia patients in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.In order to cefoperazonesulbactam in the treatment,observation group patients on the basis of the joint for loop and hormone treatment and analysis were compared between the two groups of treatment effect control group patients.Results The total effective rate was 86%in the observation group and 60%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tegafur ring combined with cefoperazonesulbactam treatment of multi drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii acinetobacter pneumonia has good effect,and low incidence of adverse reactions.It indicated that the combined treatment exists feasibility and effectiveness.更多还原
