【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导在麻醉科深静脉穿刺临床带教中的效果。方法选取麻醉科实习医师90名,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用超声引导的方式进行深静脉穿刺,对照组采取解剖盲探法行深静脉穿刺。结果研究组和对照组一次穿刺成功率分别为82.22%与55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组深静脉穿刺后并发症发生率(8.89%)低于对照组(24.44%)(P<0.05)。结论应用超声引导在麻醉科深静脉穿刺临床带教中具有良好效果,能显著提高一次穿刺成功率,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of application of ultrasound guidance in clinical teaching of deep vein puncture in anesthesia department. Methods 90 cases intern in anesthesia department were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. In the study group, deep vein puncture was performed by ultrasound guidance, while the control group was treated by anatomical blind method. ResultsThe success rate of puncture in study group and control group were 82.22% and 55.56% respectively, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Study group of deep venous puncture complications(8.89%) was significantly lower than control group(24.44%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of ultrasound guidance in the clinical teaching of deep vein puncture in anesthesia department has good effect. It can significantly improve the success rate of a puncture, reduce complications.更多还原
