【Abstract】 It has been more and more important for the refresher physicians education in critical care medicine, as ICU wards are developing very fast nowadays in China. This article showed some points to prove teaching quality in basic knowledge, operating skills, clinical thinking methods, prevention of ICU acquired infection, medical ethics for critical ill patients and cooperation with refresher physicians.更多还原
