【摘要】 目的研究使用超声检查方法对乳腺非肿块型病变患者的临床症状进行诊断。方法采用回顾式方法,对2013年5月~2014年5月在本院使用超声检查行乳腺非肿块型病变的80例女性患者的资料进行分析。结果 80例非肿块型患者中,56例恶性病变,占70%,24例非恶性病变,占30%。经超声诊断得出:60例1级,呈片状低回声,14例2级,呈微钙化低回声表现,6例3级,呈微钙化分散。结论在乳腺非肿块型病变的超声诊断过程中,敏感度很高,特异性很低,在临床诊断中,要结合其他的影像资料进行鉴别,特殊情况下,可以结合超声引导下的穿刺活检方法共同进行确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the use of ultrasound examination method for the type of breast lesions in patients with clinical diagnosis. Methods retrospective approach, from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital, 80 cases of patients with female use line type of breast lesions were performed in data for analysis. Results 80 cases of non tumor patients, 56 cases of malignant lesions,accounting for70% %, 24 cases of non malignant lesions, accounting for 30%. After ultrasound diagnosis: 60 cases of1 level, showed a patchy low echo, 14 cases of 2 level, showed a slight calcification and low echo performance, 6cases of 3 level, showed micro calcification dispersion. Conclusion Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast mass lesions, a high sensitivity, specificity is very low, in the clinical diagnosis, combined with other image data were identified, special circumstances can be combined with ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy of the common diagnosis.更多还原
