【摘要】 目的分析研究产前检查对妊娠结局及围生儿的作用效果。方法随机选取在我院2010年1月~2015年3月接受生产的800例孕妇作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组未进行产前检查,观察组进行产前检查,对比两组的妊娠结局及围生儿具体状况。结果观察组孕妇重度子痫前期,早产,过期妊娠及产后出血率低于对照组,观察组的新生儿窒息,低体重儿,死胎,早产儿,新生儿宫内感染,颅内出血及先天畸形,新生儿死亡率低于对照组。结论产前检查对妊娠结局及围生儿的作用效果明显,有利于保证孕妇及围生儿的健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the confining effect of antenatal examination on pregnancy outcome. Methods Randomly selected 800 cases of pregnant women from January 2010 and March 2015 in our hospital to accept the production of as the research object, which were divided into control group and observation group, control group did not make prenatal examination, observation group for antenatal examination, compared two groups of specific conditions in pregnancy outcome and perinatals. Results The observation group of pregnant women of severe preeclampsia, preterm, overdue pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage rate significantly lower than the control group, the observation group of neonatal asphyxia, and low birth weight, stillbirth, premature infants, neonatal intrauterine infection, intracranial hemorrhage and congenital malformations, neonatal mortality significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Antenatal examination on pregnancy outcome and begat effect is obvious, to ensure the health of pregnant women and the perinatal son.更多还原
