【摘要】 目的探讨优质护理在胸外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取大庆市第四医院胸外科在2013年5月~2015年5月接受手术治疗的患者84例为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同,将患者分为两组,观察组42例(实施常规护理)和对照组42例(实施优质护理)。对两组患者并发症发生率及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为2.4%,低于对照组的16.7%,两组相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05(χ~2=4.973 7,P=0.025 7),观察组护理满意度为95.2%,高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05(χ~2=5.125 8,P=0.023 6)。结论在胸外科开展优质护理,可以减少术后并发症的发生率,提高护理服务的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of quality care for thoracic surgery patients. Methods A total number of 84 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in thoracic surgery department, the fourth hospital of Daqing from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as objects for the study. The patients were divided into two groupsaccording to the different ways of care, with 42 cases in the observation group(given conventional care) and 42 in the control group(given quality care). Comparison was conducted for the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of complications in patients of the observation group was 2.4%, which was significantly lower than the 16.7% in the control group, and the difference was significant, with P<0.05(χ~2=4.973 7, P=0.025 7), the care satisfaction in patients of the observation group was 95.2%, significantly higher than 78.6% of the control group, and the difference was significant, with P<0.05(χ~2=5.125 8, P=0.023 6).
