【摘要】 目的观察经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的效果。方法随机将我院80例术后粘连性肠梗阻患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规术式,观察组行经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术,比较两组疗效。结果观察组有效率、症状改善情况等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of transnasal ileus tube implantation in the treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups, control group used routine surgery, observation group used transnasal ileus tube implantation, comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The effective rate, symptoms of observation group were significantly better than control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Effect of transnasal ileus tube implantation is ideal.更多还原
