【摘要】 目的探讨奥瑞姆自我护理干预模式对哮喘儿童家属负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 120例哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,分别进行日组患儿均按GINA方案治疗。同时,采用奥瑞姆自我护理模式对观察组家属及患儿进行干预,对照组患儿及家属仅给予常规的哮喘知识教育。1年后对两组患儿及家属分别进行日常自我护理行为、哮喘控制水平、负性情绪及家庭生活质量调查问卷测评。结果观察组家属干预后焦虑及抑郁量评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组家属干预后心理综合评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用奥瑞姆自我护理干预模式可显著提高哮喘患儿的自我管理能力及哮喘控制水平,有效改善家属的负性情绪,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of negative emotions and quality of life of asthma children’s family with orem self-care intervention model. Methods Two groups of children by Orem solution treatment. On this basis, the observation group of children and families using orem selfcare mode intervention and management, The control of asthma in children and their families, only to give general knowledge education, A year later, to investigate questionnaire assessment on two groups of children and their families were daily self care behavior, the level of asthma control, the negative emotions and family quality of life. Results Observation group family intervention after the HAMD scores were lower than control group(P<0.01), overall health scores of observation group of family members are lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The application of orem self-care intervention model can significantly improve the self-management ability of children with asthma and asthma control level.更多还原
