【摘要】 目的探讨医学统计学教学中采用传统教学法与PBL教学模式的效果。方法选取本院针灸学专业2015级学生106名,其中1班与2班的55名学生采用传统教学模式,3班与4班的51名学生给予基于问题学习的教学模式(PBL)。结果 PBL教学组学生的理论试题得分为(46.1±2.9)分,实践病例分析综合试题得分为(42.7±5.9)分,总分为(90.2±3.7)分,对教学满意率为88.2%,均高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学统计学教学中采用PBL教学模式可提高学生的知识掌握度,并改善学生对教学工作的满意程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study application of the effect of traditional teaching method and PBL teaching mode in medical statistics teaching. Methods 106 students in our hospital acupuncture professional in 2015 class were selected, 55 students of class 1 and class 2 adopts the traditional teaching mode, 51 students of class 3 and class 4 adopts the PBL teaching mode. Results The score of theory test of students in PBL teaching group was(46.1±2.9) points, the integrated exam score of practical cases analysis was(42.7±5.9) points, the total score was(90.2±90.2) points, which were higher than those of traditional teaching group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using PBL teaching mode in medical statistics teaching can obviously improve the students’ knowledge to master degree, and improve the degree of students’ satisfaction in teaching work.更多还原
