【摘要】 目的探讨前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的40例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组各20例,对照组给予常规综合疗法,包括限制足部活动、控制血糖和血压、合理膳食、抗感染等措施;观察组在常规综合疗法的基础上给予前列地尔及α-硫辛酸注射液静滴。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效差异。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸注射液能明显提高糖尿病足的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid injection in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 40 cases of diabetic foot in our hospital were chosen as research object and divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group randomly. Control group were treated with conventional therapy included limit the activity of foot, control the blood pressure and blood sugar, rational diet, anti-infection and so on. On this basis, observation group were treated with alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid injection. The clinical effects in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than control group(P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction happened in two groups. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid injection could obviously improved the clinical effect of diabetic foot.更多还原
