【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动(QCC)对提高ICU护士人工气道吸痰规范依从性的作用。方法成立品管圈小组,确立活动主题,拟定计划,设定目标,制定改进对策并实施,观察QCC活动前后护士吸痰规范依从性有无差异性。结果 QCC活动前后比较,护士吸痰前评估、吸痰指征把握、规范手法正确率提高(P<0.05),呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论 QCC活动可提高ICU护士人工气道吸痰规范依从性和效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle(QCC) on improving the compliance of standardizing artificial airway suctioning in ICU nurse. Methods We established the group of QCC and confirmed the theme. We made a plan, set target, formulate the improvement measures and put into effect. We observed whether it had differences on compliance of standardizing artificial airway suctioning. Results To compare the outcomes before and after QCC, we found the correct rate of evaluating, mastering suctioning indications and standardizing operation have increased considerably( P<0.05). The incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) declined considerably( P<0.05). Conclusion QCC can improve the compliance and effect of standardizing artificial airway suctioning in ICU nurse.更多还原
