【摘要】 目的针对临床胃食管反流病患者采用高分辨率食管测压的护理效果进行初步探讨。方法收集15例胃食管反流病患者测定食管压力结果的有关资料,并采用有效护理措施使患者减轻检查过程中的痛苦。结果经采取正确的操作方法及有效的护理干预措施,所有患者都顺利通过食管压力测定,对于提高胃食管反流病患者的临床诊治具有重要作用。结论积极的护理干预,能够使患者提高治疗依从性,缓解不良情绪,进而获得良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical effect of nursing care for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease by high resolution manometry are discussed. Methods To collect the relevant data of 15 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease esophageal pressure determination results, and adopt effective nursing measures enable patients to reduce pain in the process of inspection. Results After taking the correct method of operation and effective nursing measures, which all patients smoothly through the esophageal manometry plays an important role in improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
