【摘要】 目的比较PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)与DHS(动态髋螺钉稳定钢板)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2000年9月~2014年12月本院收治的92例股骨粗隆间骨折病例,其中48例采用PFNA内固定,44例采用DHS内固定,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果 PFNA组平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均愈合时间均优于DHS组,并发症发生率低于DHS组,优良率高于DHS组。结论 PFNA是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的良好固定材料,是一种治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the PFNA(proximal femoral intramedullary nail) prevention and DHS(dynamic hip screw stability steel plate) clinical curative effect for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 92 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from September 2000 to December 2014, were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 48 cases were treated with PFNA internal fixation, 44 cases were treated with DHS internal fixation, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time, blood loss, average healing time in group PFNA were better than that in group DHS, the incidence rate of complications was lower than that of DHS group, the excellent and good rate was higher than that of DHS group. Conclusion PFNA is a good fixed material for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, and it is an ideal method for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.更多还原
