【摘要】 目的探讨改良Soave术借助腹腔镜治疗新生儿先天性巨结肠的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的70例先天性巨结肠新生儿随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各35例,分别采取传统手术治疗与传统手术治疗,观察两组术后疗效。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠蠕动恢复时间、住院时间及VAS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论改良Soave术借助腹腔镜治疗新生儿先天性巨结肠的临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Soave technique in the treatment of neonatal congenital giant colon by laparoscopy. Methods 70 cases of newborn with congenital giant colon were randomly divided into control group and study group, 35 cases in each group were treated with traditional operation and traditional operation. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results the operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time, hospitalization time and VAS scores were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified Soave in the treatment of neonatal congenital giant colon by laparoscopy is worthy of trust.更多还原
