【摘要】 目的分析氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果。方法应用计算机检索数据库查找,局部应用氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的随机对照实验。结果 18个实验结果均表示高血压使用氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗,效果优于单纯使用氨氯地平的治疗方法,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在Meta检查分析可以发现,在治疗高血压的过程中,氨氯地平联合替米沙坦效果显著于单纯氨氯地平治疗方法,该实验结果需要进一步深究与验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis clinical effect of amlodipine combined with telmisartan in treatment of hypertension. Methods The application of computer retrieval database searching local application of amlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension of randomized controlled trials. Results 18 experimental results were expressed amlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension, effect is remarkable in pure amlodipine treatment method, the data were fitted to a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion In check meta analysis can be found in the treatment of hypertension, the effect of amlodipine combined with telmisartan significantly in pure amlodipine treatment method, the experimental results need to further study and verification.更多还原
