【摘要】 目的探讨结肠癌患者围手术期综合护理干预措施及临床效果。方法将2012年3月~2015年5月在我院接受治疗的62例结肠癌患者作为此次研究的对象,按照随机分配的方法将患者分为实验组和对照组,各31例,对照组在围手术期给予常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予综合性护理,观察并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组住院时间以及切口愈合时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予结肠癌手术患者综合护理干预措施可取得较为满意的效果,有利于提高患者的预后效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perioperative intervention measures and their clinical effects on colon cancer patients. Methods Selected 62 cases of colon cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2015 were taken as the objects of the study and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 31 cases, Patients in the control group received routine perioperative care, while patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive care besides the care of the control group, and the nursing effects of both groups were observed and compared. Results The hospitalization period and healing time of patients in the experimental group were obviously shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing colon cancer surgery can bring about satisfactory results and better prognosis.更多还原
