【摘要】 目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者诊治前后细胞因子以及肺功能的改变情况,研究减少慢阻肺反复发作的方式。方法使用放射免疫物质对25位患者进行诊治前后ⅡL 2,TNFα水平的测定,并对患者的肺功能进行测定。结果在诊治后ⅡL 2上升,TNFα下降,并且在诊治之后肺功能的各项指标都有改善作用,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论使用常规方法ⅡL 2上升,TNFα下降,治疗后肺功能的各项指标和肺通气功能均有所改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of cytokines and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease before and after treatment, and to study the ways to reduce the repeated attacks of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods The levels of L 2, TNF and were measured before and after diagnosis and treatment in 25 patients with radiation immune substance, and the lung function of patients was measured. Results After the diagnosis and treatment, L 2 significantly increased, TNF a significant decrease, and after diagnosis and treatment, the indexes of pulmonary function were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion The use of conventional methods for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with L 2 significantly increased TNF a significant decrease, and in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary function indicators have improved significantly, so as to improve pulmonary ventilation function.更多还原
