【摘要】 目的研究分析感染性骨缺损患者临床接受开放性植骨治疗的效果。方法选取2007年1月~2015年1月我院的26例感染性骨折不愈合患者进行研究分析,为患者清除创伤,固定支架,植骨治疗,术后无菌换药,使用抗生素进行抗感染治疗,持续治疗11 d。结果治疗后,对26例患者进行14个月~32个月的随访调查。术后患者的植骨表明覆盖肉芽时间需要8周,创面完全愈合需要13周。全部患者植骨部位愈合良好,愈合时间8个月,过程中没有出现感染复发病例。结论感染性骨缺损患者接受开放性植骨治疗的临床效果好,患者的愈合情况良好,是目前治疗该疾病的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of open bone graft in the treatment of patients with infectious bone defect. Methods Selected 26 cases of infected fracture nonunion patients from January 2007 to January 2015 in our hospital were studied and analyzed. For patients with clear trauma, fixation and bone grafting in the treatment, postoperative aseptic dressing, use of antibiotics, and continuous treatment for 11 days. Results After the treatment, 26 patients were followed up for 14 months to 32 months. The bone grafting of the patients showed that the granulation time was 8 weeks, and the wound healed completely in 13 weeks. All patients healed well, and the healing time was 8 months. There was no recurrence of infection in the process. Conclusion The clinical effect of open bone graft in the treatment of infective bone defect is good, and the patient’s healing is good.
