【摘要】 目的探讨老年痴呆症的发病机制及临床采用中西医结合药物治疗的效果。方法选择我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的老年痴呆症患者100例,随机将患者分成对照组和实验组,各50例。结果实验组和对照组的临床治疗总有效率分别为94.0%(47/50)和76.0%(38/50),两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论胆碱能缺失、基因突变等是老年痴呆症的主要发病机制,中西医结合药物治疗老年痴呆症的临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and clinical effect of the treatment of senile dementia.Methods Selected 100 cases of senile dementia from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each group had 50 cases.Results The total effective rate was 94%(47/50) and 76%(38/50).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The main pathogenesis of alzheimer’s disease is the loss of cholinergic and gene mutation.The clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of alzheimer’s disease is significant.更多还原
