【摘要】 目的观察丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的疗效。方法选取2014年3月~2015年8月我院收治的情感障碍躁狂发作的患者152例作为研究对象,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别予以丙戊酸钠和喹硫平治疗,分析经治疗后两组的疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.11%(70/76),对照组总有效率为94.74%(72/76)。治疗组不良反应发生率为15.79%(12/76),对照组不良反应发生率为7.89%(6/76)。结论丙戊酸钠和喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂都能够获得较好疗效,丙戊酸钠的不良反应情况多于对照组,但经对症治疗能够恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation curative effect of sodium Valproate in treatment of bipolar disorder manic episodes.Methods Selected 152 cases with bipolar disorder manic episodes from March 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital as object study,which were divided into the treatment group and the control group,respectively adopt valproate and quetiapineto treatment.Analyed curative effect and adverse after treatment of two groups.Results The treatment group total effective rate was 92.11%(70/76),the control group total effective rate was 94.74%(72/76).The treatment group the incidence of adverse reactions was 15.79%(12/76),the control group the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.89%(6/76).Conclusion Valproate and quetiapine in treatment of bipolar disorder manic has good curative effect,valproate reflection more than the control group,but symptomatic treatment can return to normal.更多还原
