【摘要】 目的分析阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q₁₀联合治疗冠心病早期心功能减退的效果。方法选取2014年2月²015年4月我院收治的68例冠心病早期心功能减退患者随机分为对照组（n=31）和治疗组（n=37）,对照组行阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组行阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q₁₀联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,所有患者的左室射血分数、每搏输出量均有明显改善,治疗组患者的改善效果优于对照组,平均住院时间短于治疗组（P<0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q₁₀联合应用治疗冠心病早期心功能效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q₁₀ in the treatment of coronary heart disease with early cardiac dysfunction. Methods From February 2014 to April 2015,68 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into contro group（n=31） and treatment group（n=37）,the control group were treated with atorvastatin,coenzyme Q₁₀ combined treatment,the treatment effec of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the left ventricula ejection fraction and stroke volume were significantly improved in al patients,the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,the average length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the treatment group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q₁₀ in the treatment of coronary heart disease with early cardiac function was significant.更多还原
