面向可视映射的负半径滚子直动推杆盘形凸轮机构尺寸综合方法
Dimension synthesis method of direct drive disc cam mechanism for mapping negative radius roller
【摘要】 以正置负半径滚子直动推杆盘形凸轮机构为研究对象,给出新型机构形态、基本/总体尺寸、尺寸综合问题准确描述和基本思路步骤,构建尺寸坐标系O-r0R、尺寸域Ω(r0,R),并离散化-网格化处理,提出4项约束条件和解析表达,采取遍历性方法,通过对单一/归并约束的可视映射,得到相应的边界、解域,再据多目标规划、可视映射,发现揭示出非劣解区域ΩΣ(1)、脊点Pj*/脊线鄣ΩP*和谷(脊)底点P**/双优点Pb*等重要规律、最优解存在性,得到对新型机构尺寸综合有指导意义的重要结论。
【Abstract】 The positive placement of negative radius roller direct drive disc cam mechanism was set as the study object to present the description and basic ideas of novel mechanism, basic/overall dimensions and dimension synthesis. The dimension coordinate system O-r0 R and dimension field were constructed, as well as the discrete-remesh process. Four constraints conditions and analytical express were put forward with the ergodic algorithm. The relative boundary and solution field were obtained according to the visual mapping of single/merger constraint. The important laws and optimal solution existence of non-inferior solution region, ridge point Pj*/ridge line ΩP* and bottom point P**/double advantages Pb*were revealed according to the multi-target project and visual mapping. This was significant for the dimension synthesis of novel mechanism.
