基于FDM 3D打印机三喷嘴挤出机构结构设计与改进

【摘要】 在深入研究3D打印机工作机理的基础上,充分考虑现有挤出机构在成型精度及成型速度等方面的问题,对3D打印机挤出机构进行了设计及改进,建立了新型三喷嘴挤出机构模型,通过三维造型软件进行虚拟设计,得到最优设计模型。经过性能对比分析,所设计的挤出机构达到了设计要求,为提高打印速度和改善工件成型精度提供了一种有效的解决方案。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing 3D printer working mechanism deeply, the 3D printer extrusion mechanism was designed and improved based on full consideration of the issues on the printing speed and precision of workpiece. The novel three jets extrusion mechanism model was established. The virtual design was performed using three-dimension modeling software to obtain the optimal design model. After the performance comparison analysis, the designed extrusion mechanism met the design requirement, which provided an effective solution for improving printing speed and workpiece forming accuracy.
